Cozy little cottage

Very clean little cottage, very cozy, the location was quiet not a lot of road traffic, close to all the amenities that we were looking for, really enjoyed our stay and will be back

Comfortable and conveniently located home.

This was a very clean and comfortable apartment with modern kitchen and bath in a convenient located area in Burlington. It’s located on a quiet, suburban street with easy parking. Also walking distance to both the city park and Arboretum with walking trails.

Had a great time at Benjamin’s place. Super clean, comfy & cozy. Nice furnishings & amenities without being over the top. Location was perfect, 8 mins to Elon, 8 mins to Graham super easy getting around. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in town

Perfect place for me and my dog

I stayed for 12 days and the apartment met all my needs. The yard space was perfect for my dog. The location was perfect. The owner came to my rescue when I locked myself out.

Parent Weekend Get Away

My husband and I stayed in this cozy little space in order to visit with a student at Elon University that is like a daughter. It was the perfect location, only minutes from the University. The retreat itself was clean, charmingly decorated, and had just the right amount of home touches required to not have to eat out at every meal or leave in order to do something fun. My only feedback is that the folks next door could be heard very easily. They weren't overly loud obnoxious but just could be heard doing life at all times. We would definitely book this property again for the same type of trip!

I will preface that it was probably not wise to use a VRBO on St Patrick’s weekend because the owner of this property owned the adjacent property and it had 15 plus twenty somethings renting this for a all night bash. We alerted the owner that a full blown party was going at roughly 8 pm and they took no action to quiet things down. It was 2 am before the music stopped. Furthermore property advertised off street parking but that was not available. Fortunately we were smart enough not to park on the street as another vehicle got demolished that night parking in the street. Saying this is historical neighborhood is a bit of stretch. The nicer and more safe areas are a few blocks away. Overall not much sleep which was tough cause our daughter had a soccer combine at Elon next day. The place itself was cute and clean but you are at the mercy of who is staying next door for noise and I wouldn’t park a nice car in neighborhood. We did ask for partial refund but were refused. The rental agreement clearly states up to 500 in fines for violating the noise and occupancy limits. So I guess i would say buyer beware.

The house was very clean and tidy. Cute little outside area, but could not see the babbling brook due to grass/weeds. We stayed late June during 90 degree weather There was an air unit in one window of the house. The air temperature was not consistent, and got hot at times even though all rooms had ceiling fans. If you are tall, this house is not for you due to low ceiling fan height. Overall, it was OK, especially for the price.
