Run Down

The hotel is dark, dreary, stuffy and felt unkempt and dirty. Room 123- the AC unit sounded like a jet engine when cycling and could not sleep with it running. I asjed for a fan- no fabs available. The security clasp was mussing - apoeared sheared off the door, abd used towel found on a hook behind the bathroom door. Carpet was dirty and lighting was very dim. Front desk gal was overwhelmed. Breakfast was nasty. Best Western management needs to visit this location. Shameful for the price.

Options for the free breakfast were scant. They offered some boiled eggs and when cracked open it was completely black ! No telling how long those had been there. Nothing was fresh. Not impressed. Room was a typical room. Nothing more or less.

We stayed at the hotel and it was an easy check-in was adequate and clean. One of the primary reasons we stayed was comments from previous travelers about how wonderful the breakfast was Well, let me tell you if you’re staying here so you have a good breakfast and I would say……keep moving. On the road for three weeks staying at places every night and this has to be the worst I’ve ever.Had. Powdered eggs, sauce and wings so hard didn’t cut them with the plastic utensils. It tasted like they were cooked multiple times. If you must stay here get up early drive and find someplace else.

Lovely staff, very kind and attentive at check in

This property needs a facelift. While the front desk agent was attentive, kind and lovely, the building itself was damp and dark. My room had a saggy mattress (sparkling clean linens), insect activity- few flying insects in the room, bathroom smelled of heavy odor covering air 'freshener. Sad state of affairs, whomever owns this building should be paying closer attention.

Clean property but at the desk they have a sign that clearly states for debit card check in there will be a hold for incedentals that will be 10%-15% if entire stay, but then they go ahead and charge you $100 for incedentals which would be over 30% of my stay and say that it's policy when it clearly states other wise

The hotel is outdated and rundown. If you want to swim on your trip, don't stay at this hotel. The indoor pool deck and pool water were dirty and unpleasant.

We stayed every month traveling back and forth between MO and CO, but this time the WiFi was out for the entire stay. Fire alarm went off in the morning hour, scared our dogs. It turned out that there was a minor fire in the kitchen. The place definitely needs a remodeling, especially the carpet.

Very disappointed in the property it was dirty, no towels or cleaner in the exercise room. No towels in pool area, the door to back property was PROPPED open all night long. No way to sanitize anything, looked for employee, never found one. Also machines didn’t work, and the floor looked as if there was mold and nothing had been cleaned in a very long time.
