Room was nice and easy to access from parking lot. Bed was comfortable but parking lot needs work

Crickets would get into the room at night through a crack in the door. The breakfast was mostly cereal and milk because the waffle batter was way to running

This hotel does not reflect the condition shown in the pictures. The outside, lobby, and parking lot is run down. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good foam mattresses. The rooms are much more spacious than average. Bathroom is OK. There is a fridge and microwave, but no in-room coffee. My biggest complaint is that the room was very cold when we arrived and it took 2 hours to bring it up to tolerable level, and never really got warm. It would have been a simple thing for the staff to turn the heat on mid-afternoon, knowing that I had already paid and been assigned that room. There are much better alternatives at this I-70 interchange.

nice renovated rooms. clean quiet and good for quick 1 or 2 day stay

Really nice room. PARKING LOT NEEDS REDONE. This parking lot sucks when your on a motorcycle.

I can't complain much, considering I only paid $50 for the night. The guy at the front desk was nice. The A/C was quiet and cold as it should be. The room was full of mosquitoes and other flying bugs, no matter how many I killed they kept magically reappearing, so i wasn't able to rest well. Then at around 5:30am I kept hearing the cleaning ladies yelling in Spanish and laughing... I'm not against that, but they could be a lot quieter without bothering the guests and still have a good time while they work. The bed was uncomfortably soft, pillows were tall and hard. The toilet seat had some dried out yellow drops... that's not acceptable. Otherwise if you're driving around and just want a bed to rest for a few hours, you'll be fine. Worth it for the price I guess.

Our room had been recently upgraded, and it looks like the hotel plans to continue doing so. Right off the highway yet quiet. Pleasant and helpful staff. We paid three times as much for our hotel the next night of our trip!

Great place to stay if you're looking for cheap and the restaurant wasn't too bad either

The room was a little plain but very clean. The bed was comfortable. The room had been freshly cleaned and the smell of disinfectant was in the air. There are plenty of electrical outlets. There is a four-foot square table with two chairs. There are about 25 different cable channels. The flat screen TV is about 32 inches. At 49.95 the room was a bargain. I had lunch for $8.25 at the Chinese buffet in the same building as the motel office. Very good food and not the skimpy fare usually found on a Chinese buffet.

The place was really clean and the food next to them was amazing.

Friendly and helpful staff but parking lot was a nightmare scene from a bad B Movie. No lights, scattered bricks and concrete everywhere plus some meth heads were squatting in a room and staring at my son whenever we unloaded the truck. Room and beds were barely thrown together and the Denny's was shut down due to a gas leak, Burlington is a nightmare town just keep driving.

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Heard neighbors in room above us but other than that a nice stay.

This hotel has recently been remodeled and the beds are memory foam. The bathroom is newly tiled and done well. Very large rooms and clean.

Look no further than the Burlington Inn if you're staying in Burlington. While it's true the outside appearance of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, the room was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything inside the room is new and it's really a very nice place to stay. You just need to ignore the condition of the parking lot and the outside of the building, but you will be pleased with the room itself. The Chinese restaurant on site also has very good food.

Hotel parking lot was in bad need of repair. Desk clerk wasn't particularly friendly nor helpful. Office smelled funny. Key card to room didn't work initially; we had to return to the front desk (same thing for the guy checking in next door to us). Area around office/lobby was really messy....no effort to make it attractive (planters, shrubs, etc.). We decided we wouldn't stay when we couldn't get into our room, but found out we couldn't get a refund. After finally getting into the room, we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was neat and clean; everything worked as it was supposed to. Bed was comfortable, room quiet. I'd say this was a good value for an overnight.

We arrived late, so this was going to be in and out, looking for cheap. Very pleasantly surprised! From the outside, it's a work in progress with a ways to go...it's not real pretty but it's completely made up with a great staff and remodeled rooms. When we arrived the young man at the check in desk was real friendly he offered maps, directions and suggestions from his experience for the next day. The room..way more than I expected for 60$! There was a gap beneath the door causing dirt to blow under and around the front entrance tile when we entered, could use a good sweep but nothing that was disasterous. Very clean otherwise. Now for the beds....OMG!! I would put these beds in my room if I could take them! A memory foam mattress and down comforters, the pillows were also memory foam and stiff but that's fixable with you own pillow. We didn't get up and out by 6 like planned they were so comfortable. We went down for breakfast, again pleasantly surprised. Basic muffins, cereal and fruit. Coffee, milk and OJ. Hot waffles, toast, ect. It was filling since we were expecting a lot less. The couple at the counter the next morning didn't speak english real well but were still very accommodating and very polite, very friendly, happy couple! The lobby has a Koi pond and waterfall. The place looks like its a work in progress, if this is the case, I suggest go stay, that will make this place grow. For the price..can't go wrong I give it 3-4 stars just needs curb appeal.
