With top-notch amenities such as a fenced-in backyard, fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, and a washer/dryer, you will have everything you need to have a comfortable stay in Burlington.



The Space:

Do you need a vehicle to get around while you are in town? No need to worry, we have car rentals available for an upcharge that we can have waiting for you at the home! After booking, you will receive a link to the website where you can book and we will take care of the rest:)



As you walk into your new home, you will find a comfortable living room where you can relax and settle in for movie night with your friends and family. As you continue, you will find a fully stocked kitchen and dining table with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and everything else you may need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Once you are ready for a good night's sleep, you will find four bedrooms with a total of five queen-sized beds and three full bathrooms. For your convenience, you will find an in unit washer and dryer in one of these three bathrooms. Finally, as you head into the fully-fenced backyard you will have plenty of room and enjoy your time on a nice day.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish! The owner was always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had, making the entire process easy and stress-free.The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Everything was easy to find, and the home was stocked with everything we needed. It comfortably sleeps 10 people, making it perfect for larger groups. One of the bedrooms has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a full on top, which is ideal for families with younger children. There are also plenty of bathrooms, making it easy for everyone to get ready in the mornings, even when we were rushing out the door.I attend a conference in the Burlington area every 90 days, and this will absolutely be my go-to rental from now on. The owner has two neighboring properties, which makes it incredibly convenient to accommodate my entire team in one location.The home is conveniently located near the Alliance Convention Center, where our conference was held, making it quick and easy to get to each day. If you're traveling with a large group, this location is perfect.While no pets are allowed—which I completely understand—don't be surprised if the neighbor's friendly cat stops by to welcome you! She was incredibly sweet and added a little extra charm to our stay.We have stayed in vacation rentals all over the world, and this was one of the very best experiences we've had. The description is 100% accurate.
