**Guest Access**
You’ll have full, private access to the entire house, fire pit, deck, boat house, dock, beach area, yard, and driveway. We respect your privacy but are available if you have any questions or need anything during your stay. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA)!

Golfers are welcome to enjoy member-for-a-day access at Cutalong Golf Club, a private 18-hole championship course nearby. As our guest, you’ll receive exclusive tee time privileges through our partnership—just let us know in advance.

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM
- 10 Adults Maximum
- Free Parking for up to 8 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- No Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking
- No Pets
- Boat lifts are not available for guest use

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
