Pool:
Enjoy our seasonal infinity pool from Memorial Day through early October.
Please note: We try to keep the heated pool open as long as possible but when air temperatures get below 50 degrees, the pool is unable to maintain swimmable temperatures. The pool should be available for use starting in May through early October. For a cozy swim, pool heating is available in May and October for an extra $100+tax/day. Since our pool heats gradually, please inform us ahead of your stay if you'd like the pool heated for your arrival. (We do not heat the pool in the hot summer months.)

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Free Parking for up to 4 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- No Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking
- No Pets
- Boat lift is not available for guest use
- Pool heating available for an extra $100+tax/day.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
