Perfect home for a large family vacation. Travel to Laughlin once a year, always between 14-18 cousins and significant others. Home was perfect, 4 restrooms in total, enough bedrooms for the couples and plenty of couches for the rest. Home even came equipped with laundry pods. This was an absolute great place to stay for a good size family. We had 3 families for this trip. It was very nice that 4 rooms were masters with their own bathrooms, with the kids room having bunks and space for them to play. We also got a surprise visit from some neighborhood donkeys. The open kitchen and living room made everything easy so that no one was felt left out. The only note I have is the backyard is not fenced in so sometimes the kids would venture a little too far but overall an incredible trip and place.Thank you Josh for being an incredible host. You were very communicative and helpful.

Desert family time

We booked this property because we wanted a place that was nice and that could accommodate our group. The home is well appointed and modern, and the layout is ideal for family entertaining. The large main space allows for large group games, access to food, and has plenty of spots for different activities (the shuffleboard area, dining area, kitchen island hangout, the couch/tv area, and the front bunk room with the wii). During our stay it was too hot to enjoy the patio and yard with horseshoe pit, but that would be great if weather allows. The home didn't have enough kitchen towels or any hotpads, but the host was quick to respond and had them brought by. The only thing I'd change is having wine glasses available (either glass or nalgene), which is minor and not something all families would need. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone heading to Laughlin or Bullhead City.

Friendsgiving

We used this property for our annual Marine Corps veterans Thanksgiving. This property was perfect to accommodate 4 families. The location was great as we were not far from attractions and amenities. The horse shoe pit, shuffleboard and kids room kept the children entertained. The kitchen was big enough for us to cook and prepare food for our big group as well. Overall everyone was well pleased and we will look to book again next time we are out this way.

By far the best rental!

This house couldn’t be any better. Very spacious open floor plan. The rooms are spacious as well. The entire family loved everything about this house. From the décor to the games to the location. Going with a large group; this is definitely the place for you!

Wonderful

The house is large enough to accommodate our party ( 10 adults and 6 kids, 13+ ) Everything was as described in the listing. Single level, all 4 bedrooms having attached bath are the highlights of the house. The central living room with open kitchen made interacting and socializing very convenient. Issues: Hot water: For such a large house, hot water was not enough ; we ran out of hot water within 3 showers. Definitely something needs to be looked into. Beds: only 14 actual beds; we had to use a sofa bed and a air mattress for the 15th and 16th. while this was not a problem ( some kids actually enjoyed the air mattress ). an actual bed would have been better. Backyard: The backyard dining table had bird droppings. It made us not to venture into backyard at all. Suggested Improvements: Also, a more developed backyard would be more entertaining.

This home is amazing & beautiful inside and out. Comfortable including the futon, spacious & cute details! Would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone to stay! Close to everything! We were a crowd of 10 and fit comfortably!
