This hotel works as transit hotel. There's pick up and drop off service to the airport. The process was hassle-free. Email reservation with arrival time, flight number, # passengers, name. Same process for departure. Pak Wayan is very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. No complain about breakfast as well, adequate choices of food. Imadoki restaurant is not bad, conveniently located, adjacent yo the hotel, and the Soba noodle was good, and so smooth. Staff members are always there and ready to help. View from the room was not too appealing, but that's not why I was there for, so that was ok. Overall, pleasant stay for one night, felt relaxed and safe ( as solo traveler. Will be back to this hotel, when in transit.

Very big villa,large swimming pool,comfortable bed ,clean and quiet,kindly staff ,good service,lower prices ,overall is very good

Good property overall, a bit outdated compared to newer higher end resorts, however staff did an excellent job
