the place to stay is very good if you get a place that directly has a balcony where it blends with other rooms and is spacious. breakfast is quite varied. swimming pool is nice and spacious, suitable for adults and children. there is also a kids club that is quite extensive with various activities.
We had a wonderful stay in Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa! Thank you so much for all the Staff making our stay so nice here! Absolutely amazing 5 star experience. We have been upgraded to Junior Suite, lovely comfortable suite. Breakfast was superb, never had before eggs florentine so perfectly cooked like that before! So delicious. One of the night we enjoyed the balinese buffet dinner in the resort and everything was wonderful. Also live music and their service was fantastic! All the Staff here always go for that extra mile to make your stay a better experience! The whole resort is super nice and extremely clean! So happy we have chosen this beautiful resort for our final few days on our recent trip in Indonesia! Thank you again Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa!!!
I am staying now. I moved from Ubud. The hotel's facilities are very satisfactory. Theee was a little problem at check-in the first time. But it was resolved smoothly. In particular, Mr. MEGA's ability to solve the problem was astounding. He was the best at clarifying the needs of his customers and trying to respond to those expextations.I also would like to send his team a favor I have been currently working as a PR manager. I learned a lot form the risk management for customers. The hotel's infinity pool was suprisingly beautiful. But room for sound proof is weak point. I will write down a reviews after the comletion of my stay
The whole experience was amazing , location , the views , the staff , the food , the room and the facilitates. Yoga in the morning for free and the gym had water in each treadmill for you to drink , the staff was very helpful and caring ( like most people in bali) The food is amazing ! Pricey compared to street food and other restaurants but the food is actually amazing , and the breakfast is wow .
We recently stayed here for only one night. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we needed to go to another destination on the island. This resort is very impressive. The welcome desk staff was very personable. Our family of seven had three rooms. The rooms are all large, very well appointed, and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning and I must say it was probably one of the nicest breakfast buffets any of us had ever had. Service was great. Since we were only here basically overnight, we did not get to go to their beach or enjoy any other amenities. A really nice hotel.
A brand new hotel located in Uluwatu, with all the modern amenities, nicely decorated rooms, two large swimming pools and a buffet breakfast which just might be the best hotel breakfast I've had in Bali. If you want to spend an afternoon by the seaside, hotel provides free hourly shuttle to their day club Roosterfish that you should definitely visit as its right by the beach and also has nice swimming pool.
Very new resort. Great service from well-trained staff who made the three days there an unforgettable experience Would highly recommend the breakfast and dinners there. The room was fantastic and the cleaners did a superb job.
We stayed at this hotel for a night. The lobby lightning is very nice. The room is modern, and clean. The employees are very polite. This is the first time in Bali I had my breakfast with coconut water. (+) breakfast is very nice, friendly staff, clean room, sidewalk outside the balcony. (-) the bedroom, and bathroom same big which make the room become smaller, the beds are not comfy, abit smell of thinner.
Staying for 3 nights it was amazing experience! Start from lobby to the pool its huge and breezy. Room comfortable, view to the jungle, clean and spacious. Love the lower pool, facing to the forest, its so relaxing! Breakfast was goo! Alot of food selection and fresh juices! Overall its recommended to staying in uluwatu area, if you visited Bali.
This time trip to Bali, we just want to sit and relax at the hotel resort. So we try three different hotel at kuta, legian and uluwatu. Renaissance is the second hotel we visit. Location is quite remote so I think this is perfect to relax from busy location like kuta or legian. Smooth check in and we got room upgrade which is awesome. The room is a beauty with wood and stone accent. Room balcony is spacy and you can see main pool below. Our daughter want to attend clay activities ay kids club. But because we are late, we arrive at kids club knowing that the activities is at claycraft and it's already finished. But the girl from kidsclub come to us and then give our daughter clay activities alone. My daughter is very happy. Faultless hospitality from the staff ! We then enjoy our time at the pool which is huge and beautiful. Plenty of pool chair to sit. They also have lower pool but we didn't have time to try it. Breakfast is outstanding. Many variety of food and beverages. Special notes to girl staff at juice bar that search for strawberry because we want a milkshakes. Also for the guy at noodle bar that cook noodle as our request (not spicy). In fact, we enjoyed breakfast so that we forgot to go to roosterfish beach club ! Overall we are really impressed with Ren hotel. And after we try third hotel in Bali, I have to say Renaissance is a clear winner. Gorgeous exterior and interior, outstanding breakfast and best hospitality from staff. At home, my daughter say that she want to go to Renaissance again if we travel to Bali. I agree with her...
