Resort is huge but the biggest standout is the colleagues working there. From Simon and Aldi at Front Desk who handled the small hiccup during the stay to Putri in F&B who came to check in on us during breakfast, you can really feel the genuine sense of care they have for their guests. Kudos also to the housekeeping team for their quick responses to our requests especially when our daughter was not well one evening.

Great hotel with great staff,beautiful pool area with good restaurants and poolside bar and great service. The safe ,clean and modern hotel ,beautiful room .good transport to their beach club and really everything we want from a hotel we could find there. We had a great holiday in this beautiful hotel and we will back again.
