Complete access to lower floor of a large private home on 1.8 acres. Surrounded by trees and nature. Great for relaxing by the pool, going biking on the Greenway, or enjoy nearby Lake Lanier.
Pool is heated from May 1st thru Sept 30th and included in price. . Additional charge will apply outside these dates. Hot spa is available year round, free of charge.
Note, upper level is occupied by owners, a couple in their 60s.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area.
