Spacious/Comfy/Private Home near Buffalo/Bills/Airport/Niagara Falls

This spacious 3 bedroom 2nd floor apartment was recently updated with you in mind. The entire space has everything you could want during your stay.

This is the perfect spot in the Buffalo area - very close to the airport (10-15 min ride), 15 min to downtown, 40 min from Niagara Falls, & minutes from many shopping options including the famous Galleria Mall & Niagara Outlets.

Both short term & long term stays are welcome. The space easily accommodates individuals, couples, families, & groups.

The space

The apartment is very clean and in excellent condition. There are many recent updates to the kitchen as well as carpets and paint throughout. Everything in the space has been done with your comfort in mind.

There are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The first bedroom is oversized with2 queen beds, a dresser, nightstand, and closet. The next is a standard sized room with a king bed, nightstands, dresser, and closet. The 3rd bedroom is a smaller room that features a bunk bed (twin bed on top, full bed on bottom), a closet, dresser, as well as a desk to use as an office space. ALL bedrooms come with a smart TV and/or a TV with a Roku.

The kitchen includes a Keurig with coffee supplies and all kitchen appliances & dishes provided. The fridge has an ice maker and filtered water. The kitchen has a beautiful round wooden kitchen table with seating for 4.

The massive living room has 3 couches set for viewing the 55" 4K smartTV with Roku. The TV has Netflix, Hulu, and streaming TV service available along with a DVD player. There is also a stereo that can be used with the TV or with any bluetooth device to play music. The back area of the room includes a dining area with an additional table and chairs. The couches and an air mattress can be used for additional sleeping space. Ample pillows and blankets are provided.

There is central air and heat included throughout the space that can be controlled in the living room. Guests enter through the front door with the code provided where they will walk up the stairs to their own private entrance to the space. There is one driveway parking space available and street parking (overnight not allowed during winter months).

The backyard is a beautiful fenced in space with a large wooden deck, a pool, and plenty of patio furniture (some may be in storage during winter months).

Guest access

The entire apartment as well as the backyard is available for guests. The pool is available to use when open during summer months. A washer and dryer is available for use in the basement upon request.

Interaction with guests

My girlfriend Theresa and I Iive in the first floor apartment of this house. We are available as much as or as little as you would like. We ensure privacy for our guests but are also happy to answer any questions along the way or give advice on the area. If there is anything else you may need during your stay or any special requests let us know so we can make it happen. We can usually be available to greet you on your arrival if you prefer, however, the place is self check-in friendly.

Other things to note

Theresa and I have a little 7 pound Havanese puppy named Tater Tot. She stays with us on our first floor but you may see us taking her out in the fenced in yard for a little exercise! She is very quiet and behaved. If you would like to meet her let us know - she is the cutest!
