Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.Shepherd’s Rest occupies a studio apartment located in a house which was built in 1900 from Timbers of a sunken
vessel from Lake Erie. The house was completely renovated 12 years ago and is located in a rejuvenated neighborhood that has been adopted by Habitat America. This unit is conveniently located just 1.1 miles from Buffalo’s esteemed Medical Corridor. And just a 21 minute to the Buffalo Bills new Stadium. Long term rates available.
The space
This studio is a spacious rental in just 650 square feet. A beautiful clean combo bath/shower is the center piece of the rejuvenation room. The living room/bedroom/work space area is spacious enough so that neither activity will disturb the other activities. And then you have the spacious kitchen with all needed appliances to prepare your meals, enjoy delicious delivered meals and easily clean up. Tucked in the corner of this area is a washer/dryer for your laundry. An iron and ironing board are provided.
Guest access
Guests may park their vehicle is our secure garage, only available for you. The studio is located in the rear of the building behind an apartment that houses a tenant who has lived there for 13 years. To access the studio you must climb 3 steps. The keys for the garage and the studio are in a lock box on the door handle. The code will be provided to you before your arrival. There are 2 ring cameras around the outside of the studio which record video data for 90 days. Also outside lights that provide luminous clarity to the area.
Other things to note
Very close to Western New York’s esteemed Medical Corridor that houses the World famous Roswell Park Cancer Institute along with Jacobs Institute which supports the Gates Vascular Center. Additional facilities include the Jacobs SUNY University at Buffalo School of Medicine, Buffalo General Hospital and Oshei Children’s Hospital. Our location is central to all major expressways where Niagara Falls or the new Buffalo Bills stadium is only a 20 minute drive away.
