Delighted return customer here with a sparkling clean and comfortable room, with fresh extra pillows! Office staff was very accommodating to an available early check-in and flexible in honoring my time request for the private saltwater hot tub reservation. Exceptionally quiet, even though near the main central thoroughfare. Guest parking lot was full, yet all guests were respectful and friendly. Also love the Salida Aquatic Center walking distance across the road to access the public pools and mineral soaking private tubs. Silver Ridge always delivers comfort with a smile! Competitive price as well!

Bathroom shower was absolutely filthy with dirt, grime and soap scum all on the floor, door, tiling and even shower head. The drain cover was not screwed into place, creating a slipping hazard. Toilet seat was also dirty with unknown residue. Unfortunately, we could not reach customer service as we had a late check-in and front desk was closed. Very upsetting that we could not use the shower. Despite the filthy bathroom and the room smelling strongly of old carpet - everything else was clean enough that we stayed the night. Breakfast was standard and check-in was smooth. Overall poor experience so I would not recommend.

The emails that I received from them prior to the check-in were excessive. Multiple emails on the check-in/check-out time, pet policy, booking the room directly with them is better than booking it on hotels.com, deposit, prepay. I received average 2 messages/emails daily from them prior to our check-in. Really.. One email includes everything seems plenty. In the room, the AC/heater is inside of the bathroom. It took a long time to warm up the room. It is an outdated hotel. The king size bed that we had was soft and very uncomfortable. It comes with free breakfast. I did not go. My boyfriend brought me a cup of black coffee. I drink coffee everyday. I dunno what consider a good coffee. But I had the worst black coffee ever at this place. Please get your coffee somewhere else if you are reading this. The sauna and hot tube are nice. Staffs are helpful!
