Amazing huge room with kitchen. Sort of a sea view. Some of the staff were not very helpful or friendly. Biggest disappointment was the dinner as we had booked half board. It was a hot buffet of food that did not look at all appetising or enticing. Other than that would recommend and enjoyed our stay.

Overall the hotel was okay. Location was not so great as between the hotel and the beach is an area that looks like a dump. Beach is easily accessible though, but immediate surrounding of hotel s not nice. Breakfast is okay.

First time in Budva

The location was fantastic! Only a few steps to the boardwalk and a short walk to the old town. We spent a few days walking over to Mogren beach to escape the heat. The boardwalk can feel a bit touristy and loud but a few steps down closer to the water there is a nice promenade with a ton of restaurants that leads right to the old town as well. The hotel itself feels very new and clean with good sized rooms facing the water.

Fantastic rooms

My room was huge, modern and very clean. My only gripe was that I got two single beds which were very small. Location is great, right by the beach and short walk to old town (I could see it from my balcony). The area behind the hotel isn't very nice but I think that's just Budva. I'm Vegan and breakfast was limited but not impossible for me; I could have the grilled veg, bread and fruit.

Modern hotel close to the beach.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, the room clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet well stocked and tasty. We also tried the evening buffet which for €10 a Head was incredible value. I could not fault this hotel,

Almost humorous because so many things went wrong

It's a new high-rise with sleek, modern rooms, but beyond this there is little to recommend. The sea view from our room was over the top of two rusty derelict buildings. The walk to the beach was a rough path between the derelict buildings and a temporary parking lot. The dining terrace was small, mostly occupied by smokers and had no sea or beach view—and was next to the kitchen service entrance where vehicles loaded and unloaded. The swimming pool is indoors, small with the ceiling about 4 feet above the water, and accessed only by steep steps unsuited for handicapped or children. Our room had a notice which asked not to put luggage on the table—but there was no place other than the floor to put luggage! We were told that information about hotel amenities (usually in a boolket in the room) was on the TV—but the TV didn’t work. When they replaced the batteries in the remote so that the TV worked, the only information was about another hotel! There is no control on parking in the small underground garage so you can easily get blocked in, which happened to us. Not a place we will be returning to!
