My Brand New Villa is set in a quiet part of Budva, named Prijevor. Villa is categorized as 5-stars' property. If you want to spend your holiday surrounded with a combination of style and luxury than you are on the right place. My place offers peace and tranquility but in only 5 minutes of drive you will be in center of happening. Private Pool with large Garden and BBQ will provide full comfort to you! Feel like in your home and WELCOME!
Designed by our famous family designer, my villa is consists of:
- Living Room which is located on ground floor and equipped with comfortable Sofa where you can relax yourself all the time
All 3 Bedrooms are located on upper floor:
- Master Bedroom equipped with equipped with a custom-made King Size Bed just for us, room is also consist of Private Bathroom
- Second and Third Bedrooms are equipped with Queen Size Bed
Bedrooms also consist of Private Terrace.
Living Room and every Bedroom are equipped with Flat Screen TV like with Air Condition also.
- Kitchen is located next to the Living Room and it is fully equipped so you can enjoy long or short term stays
- Dining Area is located in space between Kitchen and Living Room
- Pool is private and located in Garden. Around the Pool you will find big Garden like BBQ also
- Bellow ground floor you will find small Gym where you can relax yourself.
Parking is private and secured but for every case you will have keys of Garage
You will be surrounded by nature and greenery all the time, so nothing can disturb your peace
