⭐☆☆☆☆ Hayal kırıklığı bile hafif kalır Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü otel deneyimlerinden biriydi. Daha giriş anından itibaren başlayan sorunlar, konaklama boyunca devam etti. Tüm evraklarımız eksiksiz olmasına rağmen resepsiyonda yaklaşık 1 saat boyunca “evrak eksik” denilerek bekletildik. Sonrasında sorun bizden kaynaklı olmadığı halde odanın yeri yanlış tarif edildi ve dakikalarca otel içinde odamızı aramak zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltı tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Çeşit son derece yetersiz, kalite beklentinin çok altındaydı. Bir otelde kahvaltının temel beklentileri bile karşılanmıyordu. Havuz hijyen açısından ciddi soru işaretleri yarattı. Kirli görünümün yanında aşırı klor kokusu nedeniyle kullanmak mümkün değildi. Oda temizliği ise kabul edilemez seviyedeydi. Temiz çarşaf ve havlu gibi temel hizmetler düzgün yapılmadığı gibi, odadaki çöplerin bile alınmadığı durumlarla karşılaştık. Daha da kötüsü, oda içerisinde sigara içildiğine ve izmarit bırakıldığına şahit olduk. Bu durumu bildirmemize rağmen şikayetimiz ciddiye alınmadı ve hiçbir çözüm üretilmedi. Bir otelin en temel görevi misafirine temiz, düzenli ve güvenli bir konaklama sunmaktır. Burada ise tam tersini yaşadık. Hizmet kalitesi, hijyen ve müşteri memnuniyeti açısından kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Verdiğimiz paranın karşılığını almak bir yana, tatilimizi olumsuz etkileyen bir deneyim yaşattılar. Tekrar asla tercih etmeyeceğimiz bir yer.
