The living area includes a fully equipped modern kitchen and opens through large windows to the veranda and garden. The beautiful private pool offers refreshment on hot summer days and is surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

The sleeping area is spread across two levels: on the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom; upstairs, a master suite with private bathroom and a balcony offering sea views. All bedrooms offer panoramic views of the garden and come with spacious built-in wardrobes.

The private garden is surrounded by nature and includes an outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing area, outdoor shower, and a furnished veranda perfect for al fresco dining and moments of relaxation.

Budoni is also an ideal base for exploring the Tavolara Marine Protected Area and the nearby village of San Teodoro. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is just a 30-minute drive away.

• If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) consumption will be calculated based on actual use and charged at the end of the stay.
• A security deposit is required upon arrival, held on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically present).
• The deposit will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release times may vary depending on your bank).
• In case of damages or regulation violations, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the deposit to cover costs.

• Being private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.
• Klodge is a licensed real estate broker specialized in short-term tourist rentals.

• After booking, online check-in is required (document and selfie upload for each guest).
• Personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR Regulation.
• Signing a tourist rental agreement is mandatory. The agreement will be in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.

Key pickup and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please purchase the required bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.

• Baby cot or high chair: €35.00 each

Standard check-in: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (subject to availability and appointments).

Late check-in fees:

• 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM → €40 (on request)
• 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM → €60 (on request)
• After 1:00 AM → subject to prior approval only
