Very recent and comfortable, well furnished. Ideal for families or couples of friends.
We are in the hills, behind the famous Budoni beach "Sa Capannizza", about 1km away.
Oasis of tranquility, between sea and hills, but very well served. In fact, just 30mt there is the central square of the village with Bar, Tobacco, Newsstand and MiniMarket.
The center of Budoni is only 1Km away.

Family Holiday

We had a wonderful time at this property. The apartment was clean, large and had everything we needed. Marco helped us check-in and was very friendly and helpful. The community is very friendly (coffee shop, small market and pizza shop) and very close to the apartment. The swimming pool is wonderful. I would highly recommend this property. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The apartment is well equipped and exactly as it looks in the pictures. Monica was clear in her communication and warm as a host. Beds are comfortable. The pool is a bit cold this early in the season. A great location from which to explore Sardinia.

Super Sardinia, beautiful beach, restricted restaurants.

We loved the property, everything was clean and well presented. It is also located close to some beautiful beaches. We found our perfect one, which is the stuff of screensavers and ideal for our two small children! The benefit of travelling in October is that the beaches are quiet and towards the end of the holiday we had the pool to ourselves. The disadvantage is that we struggled with a very limited selection of open restaurants. If you are thinking of an Autumn break you may also want to pack the Mozzi spray!

Great location, away from the main hub

We had a fabulous stay at Monica’s apartment and would love to return. The location is perfect, in a traditional Sardinian village, just away from the hub of Budoni. There is a store nearby for your morning bread, the local cafe sells croissants and there is a takeaway pizza shop which sells amazing pizzas at a great price. There are fabulous beaches within 5 to 30 minutes but we spent a lot of time relaxing at the lovely pool, which was safe for the children and where they made lots of friends. The apartment was perfect, great shower, comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a large fridge freezer. There were 2 portable loungers, a cool box and an umbrella for the beach. Any minor issues were quickly solved by the lovely owners, Monica and Marco. We were lucky the owners were staying in another apartment on the complex whilst we were there so able to give us recommendations. We particularly enjoyed the agriturismo Mindarella and Marco e Caterina trattoria in Posada, a beautiful medieval hilltop village we enjoyed visiting. One small suggestion would be for the information pack to include the owner’s personal recommendations for restaurants, beaches, places to visit and supermarkets! It has leaflets for lots of places but Moncia’s personal recommendations were all great. We struggled with supermarkets until we found the new Dettorimarket slightly north of Budoni on the road to Ottiolu which had a great meat and fish counter. There is also a great fish shop on the main street in Budoni. Thank you Monica, we hope to return one day.

Perfect first time holiday in Sardinia

This was our first time in Sardinia and we were not disappointed. We were met on our arrival by Marco (who was brilliant), he explained everything that we needed to know with regards to the apartment and gave us milk, a bottle of wine and some lovely Sardinian biscuits. He is on hand most of the time and can be found at the small supermarket just a short walk away. This brand new apartment in Limpiddu was a perfect home from home for us. It was equipped with all mod cons ie dishwasher, washing machine and superb shower. The property has air conditioning which we were very grateful for as the weather during our two week stay in August was ‘very’ hot. The TV worked well although we were restricted to BBC world news and music channels, but this suited us fine. The pool was brilliant, clean and very well maintained. We felt it was well worth paying the extra for Wifi, linen and beach towels. During our stay we met Monica and her lovely family, they were very kind and if we had any questions they were more than happy to help and they also recommended places to eat and visit. A car is a must to allow you to travel around and explore the beautiful scenery, nearby villages and attractions. Budoni is approx 5 minutes by car with stunning beaches close by. The airport at Olbia is approximately 25 mins away by car. We would highly recommend this apartment and we are looking forward to returning sometime soon.

Wir waren als Familie (5 Personen) eine Woche im Oktober auf Sardinien. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war reibungslos, senr freundlich und immer sofort erreichbar. Unser Lokal Assistant Marco war sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und modern ausgestattet, der Pool sauber in einer schönen gepflegten Gemeinschaftsanlage. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, die uns einen tollen 9-tägigen Urlaub beschert hat. Relativ neue und sehr gepflegte Wohnanlage mit einem Pool zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Monicas Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und bietet ausreichend Platz und Komfort für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig und die Wohnung insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Sowohl Monica, die nicht vor Ort ist, als auch Marco, der sich vor Ort um alles kümmert, sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für jedes Anliegen wurde eine Lösung gefunden. Marco betreibt ein süßes Lädchen mit täglich frischen Brötchen und alles was man sonst so braucht. Der nahegelegene Strand Sa Capannizza ist wunderschön und nicht so sehr überlaufen wie der 15 Minuten entfernte La Cinta. Dennoch sind alle Strände in der Umgebung sehenswert und jeder hat seinen eigenen Charakter. Absolute Weiterempfehlung der Unterkunft an alle Interessierten.

Entspannte Auszeit in entspannter Umgebung

Hier ist alles wunderbar organisiert. Die Besitzerin Monica führt die Kommunikation und vor Ort sind Marco und Manuela jederzeit ansprechbar bei Fragen und ähnlichem. Die Wohnung ist funktional und modern eingerichtet, die Küche voll ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Strände und Supermärkte liegen quasi vor der Tür. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Ferienunterkunft mit Wow-Effekt

Super tolles neues Ferienapartment mitten in Limpiddu. Wir haben die Ferienwohnung bereits zum zweiten Mal gebucht. Eine für 4 ausreichend große Ferienwohnung mit schöner Terrasse und dem riesigen Pool vor der Nase. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch, ansprechend, gemütlich und zum wohlfühlen. Außergewöhnlich und toll ist die vorhandene Waschmaschine. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es ein Lebensmittelmarkt, der vom Ansprechpartner vor Ort betrieben wird und der uns auch empfangen und eingewiesen hat. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die penibel organisierte Mülltrennung. Leider weiß man - selbst bei Einhaltung des Plans der Müllabfuhr - am Ende nicht, wohin mit dem restlichen Müll. Denn die Rückgabe der Wohnung muss müllfrei erfolgen. Es gibt auch eine kleine Bar, wo man einen prima Cappuccino bekommt und eine Pizzabäckerei (Die Pizzen sind riesig, preiswert und lecker). Von der Ferienwohnung ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit zu schönen Stränden an der Nordostküste. Der nächstgelegene Strand befindet sich wenige Autominuten entfernt in Budoni. Aber Achtung: Wir hatten einen Tag mit starken Strömungen, was das Baden unmöglich machte. Denn uns hat Betreuung, Unterkunft und der Aufenthalt auf Sardinien sehr gut gefallen und schließen eine erneute Buchung nicht aus.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit toller Ausstattung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Ausstattung. Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, Küche mit sehr umfangreicher Einrichtung, gute Waschmaschine. Sehr gemütliche Terrasse. Ruhig gelegen, dennoch sind Strand und Budoni mit dem Auto in 5 min erreichbar!

Superschöne kleine FeWo-Anlage mit tollem Pool

Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt in Monicas Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, bei Fragen wurde uns geholfen, die Anlage war ruhig (wobei wir auch außerhalb der Haupt-Reisezeit da waren), und am besten fanden wir den tollen Pool, der sogar groß genug war, dass Erwachsene darin schwimmen können. Und auch Monica als Gastgeberin kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, sie ist nett, antwortet sofort, und alles ist prima organisiert. Vielen Dank!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Der Urlaub war wundervoll. Die ruhige Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist in Ordnung, allerdings braucht man einen Mietwagen. Sonst kommt man schlecht durch die Gegend. Monika war eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, die sich so sehr gekümmert hat, dass keine Wünsche offen geblieben sind. Vielen Dank für alles.

Super Appartment

Das Appartment von Monika ist super und entspricht genau der Beschreibung! Es ist sehr gepflegt und modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und der pool ist super insbesondere wenn man Kinder dabei hat. Alle sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Café sowie eine pizzeria und ein Restaurant. Danke Monika, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Wunderbare Zeit in Monicas Appartement

Wir habe als Familie mit zwei Kindern eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser kleinen, sehr gepflegten Anlage verbracht. Marco war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit beim CheckIn und auch währen unseres Aufenthalts. Der Willkommensgruß (Wein, Wasser und Gebäck) hat uns viel Freude bereitet. Herbsturlaub in Limpiddu (13.-23.10.19)

Die Ferienwohnung von Monica ist sehr sauber und liegt in einer schönen, kleinen Anlage (15 Appartements). Ein Highlight bildet der Pool, den wir zeitweise für uns alleine hatten. Der Ort Limpiddu ist sehr klein, hat aber eine Pizzeria (Superpizza!), ein Café und einen Kiosk. Letzteren betreibt Marco, der für uns Ansprechpartner war und uns bei der Anreise die Schlüssel übergab. Der etwas größere Ort Budoni ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Strände an der Küste sind wunderschön - mal etwas rauer und windiger, mal karibisch ruhig. Je nachdem, welche/n Bucht/ Strand man ansteuert... Zu empfehlen ist auf jeden Fall ein Mietwagen, ohne dem wird es schwierig. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub auf der Insel Sardinien, den wir sicherlich noch einmal etwas weiter südlich wiederholen werden!

sehr empfehlenswert, klein und familiär

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in den 2 Wochen auf Sardinien und in unserem kleinem Apartement. Wir sind früh angekommen und durften etwas früher in die Wohnung direkt nachdem sie fertig war haben wir einen Anruf von Monica erhalten. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Marco empfangen der uns in die Wohnung gebracht hat und uns alles erklärt hat. Er ist der Ansprechpartner für alle möglichen Probleme und Fragen und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Mülltrennung ist am Anfang ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig aber das hat man bald raus. Der Pool ist klein aber sehr sauber wurde jeden Tag gereinigt ebenso die Poolanlage. Wir waren jeden Tag unterwegs und am Strand daher haben wir den Pool nicht so genutzt aber Abends haben wir noch auf der Terasse gesessen und der Pool war beleuchtet eine schöne Kulisse. Zum Strand muss man mit dem Auto fahren zu Fuss ist es schon zu weit. Auch in den Ort Budoni ist es zu Fuß zu weit. Ein Mietwagen ist daher ratsam. Man sollte sich auch unbedingt den Hafen von Budoni ansehen, dort gibt es auch sehr schöne Restaurants für abends und einen traumhaften Strand. Wir haben nur einen kleinen Teil der Insel erkundet, man kennt ein bisschen die Geschäfte und die Strände die schön und gut sind aber man muss öfters dort Urlaub machen um mehr zu entdecken. Das lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Seht schöne und gepflegte Wohnung in toller Umgebung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wohnung. Die Vermieterin und ihre Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es hat alles gut geklappt. Die Wohnung ist neu, sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat außer den normalen Dingen zum Beispiel Strandstühle, Bügeleisen, Föhn, etc. in der Wohnung. Die Anlage an sich ist auch sehr schön und gut erreichbar. Die Gegend ist toll für Ausflüge entlang der Ostküste. Im Ort ist ein kleiner Supermarkt der alles wichtige hat und ein kleines Café in dem es tollen Cappuccino gibt. Wir würden und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Sehr sauber, sehr geräumig, toll eingerichtet. Alles da für einen tollen Urlaub. Monica ist sehr hilfsbereit ist i mmer da wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gibt.

Location confortable et moderne

Charmante location, parfaite pour un séjour en famille de 4 personnes. La proximité de la piscine est appréciable. La plage de Budoni est grande et très jolie. Monica la propriétaire était présente et très à l’écoute.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub!

Zu zweit haben wir 9 Tage in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Alles war bestens! Die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber und auch nicht so überlaufen, wir hatten den Pool teilweise ganz für uns alleine! Der lokale Assistent Marco hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war jederzeit bei Fragen zu erreichen! Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter und würden uns freuen dort vielleicht irgendwann wieder Urlaub machen zu dürfen! :) Anne und Sabrina

Appartement très propre, fonctionnel, belles prestations et belle piscine

Nous sommes restés 10 jours au calme dans une résidence familiale et avec une belle piscine. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Monica et Marco toujours serviables et disponibles. Les photos correspondent à la réalité. Mérite les 5 étoiles. A réserver sans hésiter, proche des plages de Budoni et a 35 km de l’aéroport.

Rundum schöner Urlaub!

Wir waren von dem Apartment und der Anlage begeistert. Wir haben alles genau so vorgefunden wie beschrieben, neuwertig und sauber. Monica und Marco waren sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Von Limpiddu aus ist man sehr schnell an diversen Stränden. Man hat hier eher die Qual der Wahl, weil sie alle auf ihre Art schön sind. Marco's Mini Markt ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und hat alles was man braucht (frisches Obst und Gemüse, Käse, Brötchen, Wurst, etc.). Auch das kleine Café gegenüber ist sehr charmant und bietet leckeren Kaffee und Croissants. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit und würden sehr gern wiederkommen! Wenn dann der Pool noch 2 Grad wärmer ist, ist alles perfekt ;-)
