Beautiful, bright and friendly apartment with separate entrance on the upper floor of a two-family house on the green outskirts of Budapest for rent. Here you can enjoy the advantages of this lively city without sacrificing your comfort. You will find a modern, high quality and completely newly equipped apartment in the countryside, a large garden and a secure fenced parking space for your car. Your small dog is also welcome (please inform us about the breed and size of your four-legged friend if it is a larger dog).

When you come back tired and exhausted from a day trip or city break, you can relax in the beautiful garden, grill together (gas grill) or start a campfire at the fireplace. Later you can look forward to quiet, undisturbed nights and fresh air, even in midsummer, thanks to the exceptional location.

The apartment is located on the top floor of the completely renovated house with a lovingly landscaped garden and is completely new. The apartment enchants with its bright and friendly atmosphere, with skylights, roof beams and maisonette. Towels and bed linen are of course available. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a successful vacation. We start letting this year. Be one of the first guests to enjoy this charming and brand new apartment.

Beautiful, modern, clean and quiet

The property is very clean, brand new, modern and very well appointed. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The private yard is immaculate. The owners live downstairs and they were very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this property.

Tolle Zeit in Buda-Valley-wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir haben einen Monat in der Wohnung gewohnt und wurden von Anfang an sehr herzlich von den Gastgebern empfangen. Alles war tip-top und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren so begeistert von der Wohnung (die übrigens noch viel schöner und luftiger ist als von den Bildern her erwartet), dass wir am Liebsten nochmal verlängert hätten, aber die Wohnung war leider schon vergeben. Der Garten ist traumhaft und wir haben auch die Feuerstelle ein paarmal nutzen können. Wirklich ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, Entspannen und Runterkommen. Ein grosses Dankeschön an K & C für alles!

Luxe vakantiewoning.

Prima uitvalsbasis om met openbaar vervoer de stad Boedapest te bezoeken. De woning is echt super de luxe met 3 riante slaapkamers,een grote living met luxe keuken en 2 badkamers.Ook is er een groot balkon met tuinmeubelen. Alles is van topkwaliteit . De eigenaren zijn behulpzaam en gastvrij.

Perfekte Kombination von Erlebnis und Erholung

Eine Oase der Ruhe in der Nähe einer Millionenstadt! Hier ist der perfekte Ort wenn man Stadterlebnis und Erholungsurlaub kombinieren möchte. Man wird sehr herzlich von den Vermietern, Christoph und Katrin, und deren liebenswerten Hund aufgenommen! Wirklich jederzeit kann man sich mit Fragen an sie wenden, sie helfen gern! Oder man kann auch einfach nur mal rausgehen um den Hund zu streicheln, wie es mein Sohn gerne getan hat. Die absolut saubere und top ausgestattete Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss. Wir haben uns sofort alle wohlgefühlt! Es war für 6 Tage „unser Zuhause“! Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, so dass Aufenthalte im heißen Sommer auch kein Problem sind. Jedes Kind hatte sein eigenes Zimmer, perfekt! Die Küche ist reichlich ausgestattet. Nicht nur Porzellan und Co, auch grundlegende Gewürze, Essig, Öl usw. vorhanden. Viele neue und saubere Haushaltsgeräte: Spülmaschine, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine, Trockner. All dies haben wir auch gerne genutzt. TV hat verschiedensprachige Kanäle, u.a. auch Deutsche. WLAN ist natürlich vorhanden, für unsere Kids nicht unwichtig ;) Für die Annehmlichkeit der Eltern gab es eine Minibar, so dass schon der erste Abend nach einer anstrengenden Anreise absolut entspannt wurde. Zwei Balkone, man kann sich also die Sonnen- oder auch Schattenseite ;) aussuchen. Ein herrlicher Blick in einen gepflegten, großen Garten, so kann man Urlaubstage entspannt ausklingen lassen! Selbigen darf man mit benutzen und z.B. einen schönen Grillabend verbringen. Meine unbedingte Empfehlung dieses Angebot auch anzunehmen! Es war ein herrlicher Abend mit abschließendem Wein am Lagerfeuer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe. Kurzzeitig habe ich mich wie zu Hause gefühlt, im Einkaufszentrum gabs nämlich neben Spar, noch Tekko, DM, Deichmann, Fressnapf... ein Café, ein Blumenladen, alles da. Ein S-Bahnhof mit P&R befindet sich auch nur ca 4 Autominuten entfernt, somit steht auch der stressfreien Besichtigung von Budapest nichts im Weg. Fährt man mal nicht in die Stadt, ist ein Wald für ausgiebige Spaziergänge nicht weit, sogar eine große Höhle haben wir dabei entdeckt. Diese Ferienwohnung ist meine absolute Empfehlung, wenn man nicht nur das Stadtfeeling haben möchte, sondern ein, zwei Tage mehr mitbringt, um sich gleichzeitig vom Stress des Alltags zu erholen.
