Nice place to stay in, tram was only couple minutes walk and metro 5-10 minutes walk! Front desk was super friendly and breakfast was great also, no issues. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in stsrts at 4PM which is the latest check in time of any hotel I've ever been to. And check out is 11AM so your stay is 2 hour shorter than the standard hotel stay. Blanket was too short so my feet were cold and had trouble sleeping becsuse of that. There was no housekeeping during my stay, they simply gave me towels and a toilet roll but didn't clean the room despite me hanging the sign on the door. Worst part was the breakfast, barely edible, no hot items except for some suspicious-looking and lukewarm sausages. The Tv is cathodic ray tube... in 2020. There is a kettle in the room but not even a single tea bag. Two cups but no spoons... Just very poor considering the price paid.

The reception was not welcoming the client and not friendly. Both the receptions are rude! They never make the bed and never change our bed sheets n bed covers since we arrived! The hotel is not far from the city and I enjoyed walking from hotel to city and city to hotel. Thank you

Cleaners room be honest

Location is good breakfast is awesome and staff is friendly but I check out before my tour guide coming but I leave my baggage to luggage area then back later...this hotel I forgot my Burberry jacket that I hang ..why no one can turn me back or the cleaning person give to the front staff.ill turn back like 4pm in hotel then leave like 5:15pm so they’re not report what in hotel forgot things or damage.

Overall the experience was good like bug room, next to tram & metro station, close by to restaurants and etc etc. But two things didn't like one is the shower, It's so small that one person can hardly stand comfortably inside and other we didn't like is breakfast as we are vegan and there was hardly anything to eat.

Last place in Earth to stay Unprofessional/rude staff they don't have any clue how to communicates/run a hotel, there's no wifi in the room from the beginning, they know that but they're keep lying that they will fix it within an hour, dated furniture, uncomfortable bed with terrible pillows" they call 'em firm" Brick pillows", dated vinyl wall/floors bathroom and shower area filled with moulds, below average breakfast bar. End of story, this hotel must be shut down immediately, cause it gives bad image to Budapest.

Location was good for access to Metro and Train station. WiFI was intermittent. Pillows were horse blankets, Breakfast buffet was okay. They stored bikes and were amenable to holding bags for us on two days between my week of booked days. Door did not lock; bathroom door keep lock was broken. AC was fine. NO English TV channels.

Good budget hotel in center of Budapest

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel in the center of Budapest, spoilt only by a group of younger visitors running round the upper floors, but it was New Years Eve. (The hotel consists of 7 floors arranged around a roofed central courtyard.) My room was comfortable, with two single beds, but looked bit tired. It needed a bit of a makeover. Don't get me wrong, it is no grand hotel operated by a major player, but it is adequate for a budget hotel. Improvements that could be made is the TV reception - 26 channels of which only 9 had sound. Also, the 'tea and coffee facility' consisted of a kettle,1 strawberry flavoured black tea, one lime flavoured black tea and 2 sachets of sugar. Though in the center of the city, it is in District Vlll, which can be a bit daunting at night. Budapest does have more than it's fair share of "street people" who habitate the bigger Metro Stations, but they do not harrass the general public. The hotel is suitable for all ages and those on a limited time frame - business or city break travellers.

Breakfast needa to be improved to make it edible.

Would be okay if breakfast had have included fresh fruit and some toast. Very bland. I ended up buying non dairy milk and fresh fruit. The bread basket attracted lots of little black flies. Orange juice was very watered down. Not really a good option for a veggie. The bathroom shower is very badly designed. Shower doors fell off each time I had a shower. Not a good place to book if you're a woman travelling alone. I went with my friend, but still wasn't nice to walk past lots of 'drunks and down and outs.' I know that's not the fault of the hotel or the unfortunatel homeless people, but still not nice. Friendly helpful staff. Would be great if breakfast had been better and shower was bigger and doors weren't broken. Clean room. Wifi patchy. Comfy bed very warm. Shame about the rest.
