Spotless room and stunning hotel. Service was 100%. We used room service which was very prompt and housekeeping were quick to help with anything. Reception was extremely helpful and the spa staff very accomodating. Jorj restaurant service 11/10 but for the price food could step up a level

Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived. Staff was helpful, Beatrice reserved us a wonderful junior Suite as i had advised it was our 20th wedding anniversary. The breakfast area was beautiful, and food was delicious. The lady on tbe Yogurt /cheese counter was really sweet. This was a beautiful and clean hotel and it had lots 9f restaurants near by. The only little thing i wiuld say is tbe breakfast area needs to be slightly bigger as when it was busy for breakfast on sunday , we had to keep walking around to find a table to sit at but despite that we would definitely be coming here to stay again. God Willing.

I stayed for two nights and had such a great experience at the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, staff were extremely attentive, service was outstanding in all areas; reception, concierge, the pool and spa, the restaurant staff, and the room cleaning staff. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were very tasteful with everything you could need. The pool and spa facilities were also very enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with such a huge variety of options. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is truly at Intercontinental level. Everything is well and thoroughly thought out for your convenience, comfort and delight. The rooms are impeccable, the bedding is perfectly comfortable and clean, the lighting has more options than I thought I would need and now I am spoiled! I want the same options at home. The bathroom is spacious, well furnished and it has a speaker so you don’t miss the news. The breakfast is regal, with so many options that even my picky husband had only good things to say. The staff is pitite, warm and knowledgeable. We will come back! Thank you!!

The banquet room where only the flooring could be replaced. The rest had to be restored.

Stepping outside you are in the heart of Bucharest. We walked a lot!
