I stayed in for 3 days and my room was never cleaned. At the breakfast buffet the attendant serves food on your plate rather than letting you pick your portion. I asked for water and never came - the water in the room's refrigerator was frozen and could not be consumed. The Floor in my room had lots of dust and made my feet muddy when I got out of the shower.

My wife and I enjoyed are stay here. When in Bucaramanga will stay here again. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a good variety to choose from. Our room overlooked the street and was very quiet.
