5/4 including 2 in-laws suites, 1 min to downtown!
Our unique 5/4 has sweeping Mountain Views & is the perfect house to entertain and host a big family / multiple families. Our spacious home is located on a 2 acre property and is a 1 minute drive to downtown so you can feel secluded while being close to everything!
The full space includes a 3/2 home upstairs and 2 private 1/1 apartments downstairs. In total, there are 3 king master bedrooms with full bathrooms inside ;)
The house includes a master with king bed (full bathroom inside), a second bedroom with a twin trundle (can sleep 2 twin beds or push together to make a king bed), a third bedroom with queen bed and a second full bathroom with washer / dryer inside for easy access.
Our full kitchen, dining room and big living room are perfect for hosting big family dinners with plenty of space for kiddos to play.
Each apartment downstairs includes a king bed, full bathroom and kitchenette with living room space. One suite has a luxury soaker tub in the master bedroom ;)
Outside, we have a screened in back porch that locks (also great for kids to play), with two luxury couches and another dining room table. Enjoy this in the evening with tea lights or during the day for coffee and lunch with Mountain Views ;)
We have two fire pits overlooking the mountains as well with plenty of seating.
We’re a 1 minute drive from the Great Smoky Railroad, Mountain Layers Brewing & many other Downtown Bryson City attractions, including Deep Creek & The Road to Nowhere. 6 min drive to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park! 1 hour scenic drive to Gatlinburg, TN & 1 hour from Asheville, NC. Perfect for a quick day trip

Family trip
I met my sisters and mother at this house to ride the Polar Express with our kids. The house had a wonderful location and was perfect for multiple families. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The downstairs suites with their kitchenettes were perfect for my sisters with toddlers and infants. The house was very convenient to downtown and the train depot. We had a great visit and would definitely stay again!

Perfect!
This home was absolutely perfect! Everything was super close. We visited several water falls, did whitewater rafting and found an amazing coffee shop Qualla Java cafe in Cherokee all within 15/20min from this home. I will definitely be staying here again. 😊😃
