Welcome to our fully updated and beautifully styled townhome! Centrally located and 5 miles to Texas A&M, 3 miles to Veteran's Park, within walking distance to Target, and moments away from Kroger, restaurants and shopping!

Step inside and be greeted by the stunning finishes and all you could need for your stay. Our kitchen has been fully remodeled and is stocked with everything you should need for your time in Aggieland including a coffee and tea bar. The home offers a dining space for meals and a cozy living room with a smart TV ready for streaming (you will need streaming login). Downstairs also offers a half bathroom. Upstairs you will find both bedrooms with queen size beds, bedding and additional linens and a full bathroom with toiletries and Dove soap products.

Our home is located in a quiet, townhome community where the homes share exterior walls with the neighboring unit. The property is close to shopping, restaurants and more!

Aggieland at Legends VB

We traveled from New Braunfels, mostly, for a volleyball tournament at the Legends Event Center. The place was great for our needs which was mostly only overnight, but we could have been comfortable spending more time here. The place is very well listed and true.
