We were very disappointed in this stay.
We booked the junior suite to have a bit nicer and larger of a room, but in the end there was a portion of the suite for a kitchenette that is no longer functional - not exactly the space we were thinking of! The general upkeep of the unit and the bathroom needs some attention desperately.
On Sunday the restaurant was closed, which we didn't realise, so we ordered food elsewhere and brought it up to the suite with the intention of heating it up in the kitchen. We quickly realised that nothing works. There's a microwave and stovetop but they haven't been functioning for years based on what the person at the front desk said.
That would have been nice to know when we checked in, as we may have made different decisions for dinner.
Overall we were very disappointed and wish we had booked elsewhere, as that suite cost more than other options. I am a bit unsure why this hotel is rated so highly - maybe we would have been better to book a much cheaper room....?
