Nestled in a peaceful coastal setting, this Mere Point cottage features the primary living space on the second floor, offering an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with cathedral ceilings. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a large deck with stunning views of Casco Bay, allowing refreshing ocean breezes and abundant natural light to fill the space. Stay comfortable year-round with energy-efficient heating and cooling from a newly installed heat pump, along with a ceiling fan in the living room and fans in each bedroom.

The cottage includes two beautifully decorated bedrooms with coastal charm and a full bathroom with a tub and shower. The lower level offers a bonus room for added entertainment space, a utility room with a washer and dryer, and a one-car garage. Outdoors, enjoy kayaks, lounge chairs, a fire pit, corn hole, and a hammock—perfect for relaxing or outdoor fun. Just a short walk from Paul's Marina and Mere Point Boat Launch, you'll have easy access to boating, fishing, and island hopping. Plus, the cottage is only a 12-minute drive from Brunswick, where you can explore boutiques, galleries, restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions like the Maine State Music Theater, Bowdoin International Music Festival, and the Bowdoin College campus and museums.

Wonderful stay!

The cottage was beautiful and immaculate, exactly as described. Connor was an excellent host; friendly, great communicator and very welcoming. The wine treats and fresh flowers were a lovely touch. We’d definitely like to stay here again.
