Disappointed. Elevator has been out for months it seems. Stairwell smells funny. WiFi based television that didn’t have enough bandwidth to stream regular television (or some other problem but local news wasn’t even coming thru consistently) Air conditioning wasn’t adequate, went a bought a fan. Breakfast was mediocre. Friendly staff, but that is the only positive.

I booked early, I called 5hrs or so before my arrival to let them know I would arrive at 1am or so. They told me there were no infant cribs and the elevator was broken so I had to use the stairs. The guy said he'd provide me with a 2nd story room and I informed him I was traveling with an infant a child age7 and a senior. When I got there the room that was given to me was dirty and the pillows on one bed were left in the end of the bed pulled up and with no pillowcases. I called and the other guy working overnight said to give him some time he had to make sure there was another room in ready standing and that he would let me know what room is have next. Next call I get he tells me we now will be moved to another story higher so we are now booked on the third story. He apologized and said he'd credit my account. Next morning when we were going to check out there was an older heavy set woman who I asked about my credit she said there would be no credit and mentioned my room was not ready because they were washing the carpet I explained to her that was not the case and my room was dirty and incomplete. She apologized for the inconvenience and although I was polite she seemed bothered by the fact I asked about a credit that was told to me I would receive by her co-worker. She said I would of received a credit for her company hotels if I wouldn't of hooked through hotels com and I reminded her once again it was her coworkers word but she dismissed it.
