Excellent accommodations! Very clean rooms and wonderful restaurant. Staff very attentive and polite

Very nice property and well-prepared staff, the rooom and the bath were spacious and clean. But there were some issues to work on: - breakfast "to order" has long timings in peak hours - Some maintenance required on details, for example the bath floor was broken or a wall plug malfunctioning - The phone on the room was broken, so to discuss with the reception I had to take the elevator

Room was sufficient for sleeping, not much else. The keycard access between the two buildings didn't work most of the time and I had to have the card replaced just 11 hours into my stay. Orbitz said a continental breakfast was included, but I was turned away at breakfast with a curt, "breakfast is not included in your booking." I went elsewhere. All in just a place to sleep, no great shakes. All the restaurants in the area close their kitchens at 10pm, so when your British Airways flight is an hour late and it pushes your check in to 9:40pm you're S.O.L. Indian food seemed to be the only option in the neighborhood after 10pm. First time I have not Loved being in London. Oh well.

Great place to stay with teenagers. Friendly staff!
