With 3,087 sq. ft. of stylish living space and 1,787 sq. ft. of covered decks, there’s plenty of room to spread out and enjoy every moment. The cabin boasts five spacious bedrooms (each with a flat-screen TV), four bathrooms, and even a ramp-accessible entrance, making it a welcoming retreat for everyone.

Step into the Great Room, where a cozy gas log fireplace, two full-size sofas, and four ultra-comfy high-boy chairs invite you to kick back and relax. The kitchen is fully stocked, complete with two refrigerators to hold all your snacks and drinks. Upstairs, the open loft game room is a hangout haven, featuring a pool table, shuffleboard table, and a luxe leather sofa for chilling in style.

We loved that this home offer amenities for all ages from the play ground to the pool table. This home was set up with rooms to house our adult family members and younger members! The kitchen was furnished will an abundance of appliances, pots and dishes. They did not skimp on anything.

We had a great stay for our girls trip! We had an issue with the outside TV not wanting to connect to the Wi-Fi. The property manager got back with us right away and immediately sent someone out to fix it. The issue was resolved and we were able to watch the TV outside. Overall, it was a great stay. We would stay there again.

We had the best time at Simmer Down. We wrangled up some extended family and came for a long weekend. We had lots of fun doing activities outside of the cabin, but the best part was coming “home” and relaxing. We enjoyed grilling, hot tubbing, drinking coffee, watching the kids play on the playground, and playing cards on the awesome deck/wrap around porch. S’mores around the fire, of course. We made lasting memories playing pool, watching tv, and having big family dinners around the huge dining room table. We are already ready to come back (preferably in cooler weather next time!). The cabin was so clean and well kept, and it honestly had everything we needed and more. The layout of the cabin is open and perfect for entertaining, but the bedrooms are also private and located perfectly upstairs and downstairs. The rustic decor is so cozy. The only minor issue we had was the Wi-Fi signal being weak (probably because so many of us were connecting to it at once), but who needs strong WiFi while you’re in a cabin in the woods with loved ones?! We would recommend again and again.

Perfect Layout for Large Groups / Kid & Adults
