– Quiet hours: 10 pm – 7 am
– Pets allowed
– Children must be supervised at all times outdoors, in the hot tub, and near the fire pit
– No glass near the hot tub or sauna — plasticware provided
– Firewood can be purchased locally after the complimentary starter bundle
– This is a forest setting; expect wildlife and insects — bug spray recommended
– A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the entry for security
– Smoking/vaping is prohibited indoors; designated outdoor area provided
