The place was great to spend time in and relax. Walking in the new forest is just across the road. Great to just be able to switch off for a while. The staff were all nice. The food was nice. Room was clean and well equiped. We will definitely be going again

Really nice place to stay, excellent service and food. Only thing that let it down was the cleanliness of the room, which was pretty dusty with several cobwebs.

The food was amazing, the staff were brilliant and the location could not have been better. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary in the New Forest, never stayed in this area before and were are so delighted we chose The Forest Park Country Hotel for our stay. It really is a fantastic hotel.

Stunning hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping had left a little note by the bed, hope they liked their note when we left! Breakfast was amazing, great selection of food. Gardens were beautiful and having the walks across the road topped it off. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Kostas is a credit to you, amongst a few others, unfortunately didn't get their names. We will be back.

Great location

Only stayed for 1 night as stop over for attending an event near by but wouldn't hesitate to stay longer. Great location and an easy 10 minute walk into the village centre. The chocolate bars were a welcome addition to our room and the offer of fresh milk a bonus. Free bottled water also a nice extra especially given how warm the weekend has been. Decent bathroom with lovely products that you can also purchase. I didn't eat in the restaurant but that was for no reason other than wanting to explore what the village had to offer and we also had to leave early in the morning. Overall a great stay.

If your wanting Wi-Fi, goto another Hotel as this one doesnt have Wi-Fi coverage across the hotel unless your directly above reception. The Smart TV's aren't smart as theres no connection, the bathroom was dirty and had cobwebs in the shower, The window ledge had a layer of black dust across it. This is the 2nd time staying in this hotel with a FULL years gap between an sadly nothing has changed there at all.

All very good ,staff excellent as are grounds and location.The only thing that could be improved on is having a pillow menu and perhaps a mini fridge in the room .

Nice hotel let down by breakfast.

The room was nice and comfy with a lovely view of the garden. The location was great too. There were nice extra touches like chocolate left in our room too. The bar man was really friendly and let my husband try a few beers first which was nice. Unfortunately there were a few negatives. The coffee cups in our room were dirty but what really let it down was the breakfast. Very small selection of pastries. Precooked hot breakfast items were "help yourself" buffet style so the hash browns were soggy. I've had better breakfasts at a Travelodge. For the price I'd really expect it to be cooked to order and for there to be a bit more choice. Muffins, pancakes, poached eggs on toast, porridge and similar were all sadly absent. We wouldn't stay again unless the breakfast was improved significantly!
