The Dairy cottage has a stunning view over open countryside, with enclosed lawn and garden with a private terrace, hard wood garden furniture and BBQ. Free WiFi. under-floor heating, slate flooring except bedrooms. Dishwasher, washer/dryer. We provide crisp white bed linen and fluffy towels, soap, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, washing machine tablets and a couple of loo rolls to get you started.
The bedrooms and living room has lined heavy curtains to help keep the cottage warm in the winter and the sun out for a restful sleep in the summer.
The Dairy is mostly on one level with just 2 steps down from the Kitchen to the living area and is a favourite with family's and older couples. The cottage is on a working arable farm with a choice of easy circular footpaths and longer walks across the Chew Valley and Mendip Hills (AONB).
Noah's Ark and Chew Valley animal parks are good for children with many National trust property's a short drive and the vibrant centre of Bristol, the old harbourside and Cabot Circus shopping easily reached.
Friday changeover during school holidays. Friday and Monday changeover otherwise.

There are several great food pubs in the area including The Queens Arms and The Pony in Chew Magna

Lovely peaceful property, with fantastic views of the countryside! Any minor problem given to the property owner was immediately acted upon. Very clean and very well maintained.Close to Bristol, Bath and Wells. Gary, Fiona and Ozzy made us feel welcome on their lovely farm:) Great local pubs to eat at too!Best stay of our trip, for sure!Annette and Iain
