Recently refurbished property offering two double bedrooms, each with Emma mattresses, sumptuous throws and lavish bedding. 55 Inch Sky Glass TV with Movies and Sports included, superfast internet and dedicated work area. Private use double driveway directly outside the property accommodates two cars with a Project EV APEX 7.3kW AC charger included.

Welcome to No.4 Badger Rise, our original property, located on a blissfully quiet street. Wooden floors, dark grey panelling, contrasting yellow touches with gold ornaments, a white marbled bathroom with contrasting black fittings, light grey kitchen with Emperador marble wall tiles creates a beautiful and contemporary home that is yours to enjoy.

Two sumptuous double bedrooms with memory foam mattresses ensures a sound night’s sleep with storage, bedside tables and full-length mirrors. A contemporary bathroom with a walk-in waterfall shower, illuminated mirror and fittings.

Cozy living space with Sky Glass TV, all channels and Sports included. Plug sockets have USB connections for tech charging. The lounge lamp also provides USB charging and phone slots for use. Comfy sofa with soft throws seats three whilst another single winged chair accommodates four comfortably. We also provide a bean bag for small and big kids alike!

Local artist works are mounted on the walls promoting the North Somerset coastline and countryside. Sofia the swan is something a little different on the landing. Outside bistro seating and table provided for a peaceful space to relax.

Modern kitchen with Smeg appliances, Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser and Nespresso coffee machine. Dining table with four chairs provided plus additional stools. Complimentary breakfast items are included: milk, bread, jams, honey, marmalade, Twinings tea, Taylors coffee bags and Hotel Chocolat sachets. Decaf tea and coffee supplied. We provide a welcome pack to get you started during your stay.

Locally we have Big Weston Woods a short walk away, one of the most wildlife-rich woodlands in Avon. Great for woodland birds, bluebells and wildflowers. Alternatively you have Sugar Loaf Bay on the Severn estuary, with incredible views across to the Welsh mountains.

Guests are welcome to use the whole house. The property is exclusively yours throughout your stay as we live a few minutes away.
