Beginning with the Expedia distance of 3.8 mi, WRONG! Tve actusl dtiving distance us 20 km and AUD$63 by Uber and $56 back to the airport by cab which we had to get a neughboring industrizl shop to call for us since no Internet and no reception when we arrived at night and left in the morning. This is a motel catering to truckers and shift workers which is beyond basic. The windows were even permanently blacked out. The area felt insafe at night. Etc etc etc.

The room was very large, clean and inviting,car park right infront of the unit block off street.the sheets and doona cover were warm and welcoming. The towels lovely presentation and super soft..Awesome price and right in the port if brissy so I got my early morning fish in!! I will be returning.

Dump, half renovated? Furniture on the walk way and balcony, two guys with shirts off smoking on stairs, $180 a night, don't b#(($!t customers, be honest, if it's half a room it should be half the price. Note: there is no reception, no staff, I showed up at 15:50 everything is locked up, just a machine with no instructions, and once it spits out a key, no map to find room. Talked to bottle shop next door, says people always come to her and complain but she doesn't have anything to do with it. There is literally tape holding the windows together, and some black n gold fly sprey next to the door. FML.

Nice and quiet place to stay. The compendium said that housekeeping is servicing the room every day. But apparently they don't service rooms on weekends. Mattresses were old and very soft. Room was big, tidy and clean. Receptionist was very kind at check in
