Our flight was delayed for 3 1/2 hours so the reception manager told us he'd leave the key in the reception box. He didn't bother to leave a light on though nor explain that Reception was tucked into a dark corner. If we hadn't been fortunate enough to stumble upon some people still at the bar, we would have spent the night on the street as we would never have found reception and they wouldn't pick up the phone to help us when we tried calling.
