Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We holiday every year at North Straddie and have had various holiday houses. Timbin Views had everything for a great stay. The kitchen had lots of implements and catered for any family meals.Beautiful view and cool breezes. The verandah was large and the whole house was child friendly. Have booked again for next year.

Nice house, no A/C! fly screens not on bedroom windows, for this not as comfortable as it could have been.one bedroom is detached from the house, so guest have towalk upstairs, in the rain. The house is very tired and needs a paint inside, has dirty doors to the bedrooms and hasn't been cleaned well enough, Fresh open breezes do not work with march fly's and midges'

Brilliant location and great ocean view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terrific location and great views. There were 8 of us (4 couples); the 4th bedroom was under the house - you had to leave the house and walk outside and down to the room. It had its own ensuite. The photos of the house make it look a lot better than what we felt it was like. There were some minor issues which we reported to the agent upon checking out and they will arrange to have these attended. The deck was the highlight of the home and we spent a lot of time there. The kitchen was extremely well equipt with appliances; condiments, crockery and cutlery. A large fridge / freezer were well used.

Exactly what we were after!

Great location close to everything and with views. Fantastic place for family/friends to chill. Facilities were spot on as was the bedding configurations to comfortably sleep 8 in 4 rooms (one self contained underneath).Fitout and decor was on pointe for location. Kitchen had all that you could need (and I mean all!) and was centrally located in a light airy open plan area so was a focal point. Great indoor and outdoor lounges and the fireplace was just perfect on the chilly nights. Wide range of boardgames and pleasingly the wifi was easy to access. Very large deck made perfect place from which to view the whales (Binos included), simply chill or use the BBQ which we did. Agents were very were professional and welcoming. 1st world issue and pure laziness but small improvement would be a stick vacuum (standard one and broom supplied)and maybe a sensor light to navigate from under parking area to front deck entry from centre as pavers and retained steps can be a little challenging in the dark. We have been to Straddie multiple times over the years and have to say that that on offer was probably the best experienced. Next stay will be longer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for a relaxing few days. The place is comfortable and well stocked with every cooking utensil you'd ever need. We were lucky enough to see so many whales and all while relaxing on the sun-soaked deck. There were 3 couples in our group and it was wonderful to each have our own bathroom. Highly recommended
