An easy 4 minute stroll to Flinders Beach, the house is a spacious 5 bedroom architect designed family holiday retreat.  A private frontage opens up to a generous north facing entertaining deck and connected open plan living area, all with a surprising view to the Moreton sand hills and the surf rolling across the South Passage bar.  The northerly aspect, whilst well sheltered from south easterlies, catches the cooling afternoon sea breezes, and the deck, open plan living room and all 5 bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The free standing house backs directly onto bush land, and the neighbour friendly fencing provides additional privacy and a feeling of spaciousness, opening up additional outdoor entertaining areas, including a courtyard adults retreat off the main house master bedroom.  The yard of this generous 839m2 block has shady trees, paved traffic areas and cool lawns.  Being fully fenced, and only 5 minutes walk to the off lead Home Beach, this property is more than pet friendly, it is a holiday retreat for your pooch as well.

The main house has air conditioned lounge, dining & kitchen area, 3 double rooms, a singles beds room, two bathrooms, and a detached pavilion at the rear of the property has a second master bedroom complete with walk-in-robe and ensuite.

With dual drive ways, there is off street parking for up to 4 cars, or room to store your boat.

The house is thoughtfully furnished and generously equipped for relaxed beach holiday living and entertaining.
