Great stay. Central Brisbane. Every necessary item you need. Love that the unit was fully self contained with washing machine. Dryer. The breakfast at 127 cafe (included in our cost) was supurb. A great stay.😊
We do like staying at the Midtown Mantra because of the friendly staff and location. The apartments we stay in are small but it is ok for short stays and have everything you want for an enjoyable experience. I would like to see a luggage trolley though
Very nice apartment, very clean, well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of storage space, in room safe. Balcony with table and chairs. Only downside is no free WiFi. Reception staff very helpful. Short walk to Queen Street Mall and Central Station.
Great location, lovely facilities including pool, sauna and parking. Great breakfast places nearby. Just ensure that you check whether the unit will be serviced during your stay or not. We were under the impression it is serviced every 4 or 5 days but unfortunately it was not serviced once during our 9 night stay.
The location was great as it was a short distance to the Queen St Mall and a number of excellent restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and greeted you with a smile. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying at the Mantra Midtown.
Mantra Midtown is centrally located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and public transport. the apartment was quiet with good airconditioning. Car parking was available, but at an additional fee.
The cleanliness and location of the hotel is fantastic. While I had no significant problems there was no how water for the 4 nights, the rooms were smaller than expected and the balcony just able to fit 2 people. For the money I would have expected a little bit more
oftentimes this 'motel' will appeal to business clients because of its location. I have been travelling all over Australia on business. Countless of times, i book similar places to this. As a business traveler, you want to get settled and prepare for meetings, etc. This was the very first place where they denied access to the room even a bit earlier. I had requested it ahead of time and told them what time I was arriving. (If they had problems with this, they could have warned me beforehand.) The staff was cold and not friendly at all!! Staff did not have customer service in mind! They directed us to a basement shower and made us wait. Problem is, from the lobby, the lifts and everywhere else, there was no air conditioning. It was stinking hot and suffocating! After using the shower, we went back to reception to ask if they had a blow dryer we could use. It was then that they said they would shift some people around and voila! a room for us!! This after telling us the place was fully booked. This group of 'receptionists' definitely did not care for their customers. Definitely 1 star service for a 4.5 star rated hotel. is that a self rating, a deception? Just because you have a pool does not make you 4.5 star. Customer service and comfy amenities do. Never again. Postscript, they also lost our registration after taking a copy of our license and credit card.
It was so easy to access the cafes, shops, ferry, bus and train. I enjoyed to take a 5-min walk to river side cafe in the morning. And every staff in the reception was kind for me. The room was simple but cute.
Good location, just a walking distance in CBD Brisbane. 24 hrs service makes it easy. The place is clean, good air condition for hot weather. Would be much better if car space is provided for those who comes with their car. Beds are good enough; also good pillows.
