Absolutely not worth it. Just one positive thing to say is the great location. Directly in the center, walking distance to everything. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment suitable for 4 adults. It has a table for 4 with 2 chairs. The gas stove worked only at the back. The washer had hair all over. See picture… the bathroom floor had yellow stains and hair all over …see picture There was mold … see picture The carpet was full with stains and dirty. The lamp above the table had a living bio culture… Parking in the garage is a plus despite we didn’t manage to use the key for entering. The sign near the key reader from the hotel said this happens a lot… keep trying… Maybe a new reader ? Overall it was filthy…. Old and never been upgraded or thoroughly cleaned… The pictures they show on the internet might be the upgraded ones. The reception showed us a paper for complaints… She was helpful but not able to change anything… I know you comment will be that you’re happy with the feeds back and will take note of it but after seeing the earlier bad review I’m sure nothing changed so far. Advise … avoid this place…

Great location right in Brisbane CBD, which made everything really convenient. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need — a kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom, and a separate bedroom. We also appreciated having laundry facilities and being able to wash our clothes during the stay. That said, the apartment feels a bit worn and dated, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, so a few updates/renovations would really improve the overall experience. Overall, a solid stay mainly thanks to the size and the central location.

Absolutely fantastic apartment. Very spacious with great amenities. Spa bathroom was lovely after a long day walking around Brisbane. Everything about the apartment felt luxurious, and the price per night was a steal!

Hotel under renovation which I found out after booking. However that is no excuse for not maintaining rooms. Toilet seat broken, shower head stuffed, door fell off kitchen cabinet. Couldn't control AC. Dryer out of order. Very disappointed.

Ein schönes Apartment mitten in der City mit Blick auf die Queen Street Mall. Im Apartment war alles vorhanden, um ein paar Nächte oder ein paar Wochen zu verbringen. Die Anleitung zum Check-In war verständlich und der Zugang dementsprechend einfach.

This is a well priced hotel in a very good location. I would give it more stars but it is a little run down, washing machine was broken, a number of the lights in the room did not work, toilet seat was on one hinge. Nothing major and for the price and location enjoyed my stay.

Staff was good, room had broken dryer, and it was not fixed all stay so made drying clothes difficult. Had booked an apartment for the washer /dryer access. A few maintenance issues need to be attended to like the bathroom door of main room. Odd smell in hallways that was very strong that I have not noticed on past stays.Room 503

Staff member at reception was really helpful and explained the car parking process clearly. Very secure hotel. Located at the bottom of Queen St Mall. Very quiet location. Large suite with big kitchen.

Absolutely stellar property in a stellar location. So why 3 stars? Because wifi is totally unusable, and if you're a business traveler requiring internet for work, this a total waste, which is a shame for otherwise a 5 star place.

XXL Large unit for a single room booking and nice decore but in main bedroom the lights were a dull orange bulb, air con didn’t reach bedroom so tried fan which didn’t help much either. Lights through to tv room/living room also needed bulbs replaced, flickering constantly. Wifi wouldn’t connect (was working for a few minutes then after trying to reconnect 10 times or more, it would ‘connect’ but drop off straight away. **Was locked out of apartment for an hour due to the hallway/ unit door swipe card access’s point batteries dying. **
