Location - ideal. Very close to Central Station. Room was spacious and well presented. The snack box on arrival was a nice touch however still water over sparkling would be ideal. Unfortunately we visited on an exceptionally busy weekend with 4 different artists playing in Brisbane including Ed Sheeran over 3 nights, and whilst there are 2 (very slow) lifts, 1 broke down on the day we arrived (Thursday), and this wasn’t fixed for the entire stay. We were there for 4 busy days, and with 24 floors, you were often left waiting 10-15 minutes for the lift to arrive. Especially busy during check out time in the mornings.
