We were booked onto a 2nd floor unit which was not suitable for my disabled wife. No option was offered when we booked. Change made though without question. Only sink in the unit was in the bathroom but washing dishes seemed to be expected

We arrived much later than expected but the team left us with the lock box code so that we could get into our room without keeping the staff awake too late. Everything was comfortable, warm, great shower pressure, comfy pillows, and overall a great place to stay for our quick overnight stop.
