There are many places you could choose for your holiday in the world today. However, the world class holiday resorts are not many and the most of them are very expensive. Without any doubt, Moreton Island, Queensland, Australia is one of them, local people call it: Tangalooma. If you travel to Australia, this name can be heard often rather than “Moreton Island”. Here we also use this name call this resort.
Getting on a Ferry in Brisbane, taking about one and half hour, then you can arrive at this world class resort. The entire Island covered by forests, mounts with brooks, bushes, green grasses and tropical trees, it has about 100 to 150 K Square meters. The most part of it is still wild, not fully developed. When the ferry takes you to there, the ferry then parts in the waters, a long bridge that will lead you to the island. When you walk to in it to the Island, the first wild life that welcome you would be a large group of wild sea birds, big and small together on both sides of the bridge, some of them laying on the sand of the beach and some flying in the sky. They are all friends of human’s.
If you have booked your accommodation, you will need to walk into the Island management building to check in and then settle yourself down first. All the hotel, lodges, and houses around the entire resort are located in the sea shores, but some of are located in the mounts that are facing to the Pacific Ocean around.
The entire island is cycled around by the soft white sand beach, and the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean are good for swimming, surfing and all the other waters activities. For the Island area has specially build the safety facilities to prevent shark attacking or other hazard sea dangers for the swimmers. From the hotels or lodges or houses to the beach are all walking distance that would take about only 2 to ten minutes’ walk to the beach.
The Island provides free transport for all the guests of the Island, great convenience for you and your family as you are taking holiday in the resort.
Tangalooma has many wild life, all of them are friends of human’s. In the blue water, such as wild dolphins, wild whiles are friends of human’s, and all the sea birds and wild birds in the Island are the friends of Human’s.
The resort is a quiet and tranquilizing resort that good for everyone who wants to escape from the rat racing city life for a refreshment. There is no machine noise, the most transport vehicles of the Island are electric, they do not produce noise; the air is fresh all the time. Every day you can see the beautiful sun rising and sun setting except for the raining days.
The resort itself is good for everyone doing daily exercises, keeping fit maintaining or recovering health. And the Island facilities provide all you need for such purpose. The walk ways are good for walk and run, fitness room open 24 hours, massage paroles seven day a week opening and the ocean never close.
There are quite some reassurances, bars and take away shops in the Island to provide you and your family good foods, good wines for meeting your mouth and stomach enjoyments. Certainly, you can always cook your own food for yourselves and even for your family if you want to. For in your accommodation you will have your own kitchen and all cooking facilities. A few fruits and veg shops and small size supermarket there for you to buy your own supplies.
There are Medicare and Chemist in the resort to care about your health once you have some minor trouble.
All the accommodations are good for holiday living, depending on which one you booked and paid, the accommodation relatively speaking is cheap, for example, $500 or 600 or even 1000 per night lodge that usually can fit for six to seven people’s family living together with kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside.
Clothing wash can be done by yourself or given to island clothing wash service, either of them you has to pay for the service.
Your accommodation would be cleaned every day. The hotel or lodge cleaners would clean every accommodation every morning.
The Island is a safe place, Island security and also Police keep their eyes on your and your family safety and maintain the order of the enter resort.
The Island management organizes all the tourist activities, such as wild dolphin feeding, while watch, etc. you may free to join. Some of the activities are seasonal, such as wild while watch, if you book your holiday before 30 of September, you would certainly have the opportunity to join such activities, such as watching the wild while playing in the water. The ferry service proves four times a day for you coming back to Brisbane city for whatever purpose.
