A beautiful two bedroom apartment in an amazing central location! Only two minutes from Brighton station and a few minutes to Brighton's centre/beach, yet on a quiet residential street.

Stylishly refurbished throughout and freshly decorated (in 2020).

The split level apartment has a living and kitchen room, two bedrooms, one with ensuite wc/basin, and a beautifully refurbished bathroom.

The living room features a dining area and a lounge area with ample sofa space. The 4K TV has Netflix as well as all the usual channels.

The main bedroom has a super king size (6 foot wide) bed which can also be arranged as two full size singles.

The loft bedroom has an ensuite WC and basin and has two singles. From the roof windows the view over the city roof tops is to the sea.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with Netflix. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an electric kettle, and an ironing board.

We had the most lovely time in Brighton. The apartment was fantastic in the best location a 10 minute walk to the seafront. A couple of queries were dealt with immediately, communication was excellent. The local pub run by Hattie and Mark was a great spot for a nightcap. We would most certainly return

Mini Holiday

Came with my friends to enjoy the sun and beach. The apartment was impecable. 15 min walk to the beach and the station was 3 minutes away. Richard was very helpful and always available if needed. Staying there made our trip to Brighton better! Look forward to coming back soon.
