They send you an email with information needed for checking in. Mine went to spam and took me a long time to locate the property then I had to call two different numbers to complete the process and finally gain access to the room. The outside didn’t look nice but once inside the place was very nice and clean. It has everything you need. We enjoyed the balcony, and they also have a little washer that was life saver. In general we had a great time and felt happy with the place, I must notice that both the bed and the couch were not comfortable to sleep, both mattress were uncomfortable. Location is a little far from the main town but transport is easy. Love that there were many restaurants in the area.
