From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2 vehicles.

Moose Manse is located a short walk from Brighton Ski Resort and offers an unforgettable experience for you, your family and friends! This home has two large bedrooms upstairs each with a king-size bed, and downstairs there is a large bedroom with two bunk beds - one is a twin/twin, and one a full/full plus a trundle. The spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room all provide ample space for gatherings off the slopes! We provide parking for 2-3 cars that are plowed after every storm.  Moose Manse is a gorgeous and accommodating cabin ready to shelter you for your Brighton vacation!

ENTRY LOWER LEVEL:
Gear & Game Room - When you arrive, you`ll enter via the basement which houses a ping pong table, air hockey, and plenty of room to leave your gear!

Downstairs Bunkroom - Two bunks (one twin/twin, one full/full w/ trundle) and a small gas fireplace as well as a Roku TV.

MAIN LEVEL:
Dining Area - Large dining table and tons of counter seating!

Kitchen - Our kitchen provides all the tools you`ll need to create your feasts and feed your guests.

Common Bathroom - Full bathroom in the hallway with a standing shower. The W/D are also in this bathroom with detergent provided!

Living Room - Large, super comfy sectional in front of a fireplace and big flat-screen smart welcoming after a day on the slopes!

UPSTAIRS:
Primary and Secondary Bedrooms - Two primary and secondary bedrooms with king beds. There is a common bathroom in the hallway between the two with a gorgeous clawfoot tub.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Moose Manse and the Cottonwood Lodging team were absolutely amazing! Moose Manse is generously appointed with all you could need for an incredible stay. The games made for super fun family time, the well-appointed and genrously stocked kitchen made meal times a breeze and allowed for some fun holiday baking for those who didn't want to hit the slopes. We loved the extra snow shoes and had so much fun hiking around the house and at the Silver Lake recreation area. The Cottonwood Lodging team were incredibly communicative and thoughtful. We had a leak and they promptly sent over a plumber to fix the issue. We also needed chains for our tires and could not get them delivered on time to our house, so they let us send them to their office. Our stay was amazing and we would most definitely recommend Moose Manse to anyone! It is particularly magical for families.

Lovely stay in Brighton

The house is perfect for a family, enough seating when lounging and eating for the whole group. The games are so fun to have for the kids and the kitchen is pretty well equipped highly recommended for a nice ski week

Amazing Stay in Brighton

House is as advertised! Location is perfect for skiing Brighton and Solitude while avoiding the incredibly challenging weekend traffic (week-days didn't seem to be a problem). The management company was exceptional and in constant contact before and during the stay to ensure everything was ok. We were also incredibly fortunate to get dumped on with snow right before, and all during, our week-long stay. The conditions were truly epic. We also took a ride during the week to Snowbird which is very accessible (during mid-week anyway AND if travel conditions allow it). Thanks for the great stay and amazing vacation!

Great House & Location

This house is perfect for a family or even two families to share. There is a ton of space with a great TV room and very large and nice kitchen. It’s an easy 10 minute walk to the lifts. I highly recommend this house for skiing at Brighton or Solitude.

The place was perfect for our stay. Had everything we needed. Communication with owner was extremely great and fast. The place was cozy and roomy. Loved it. Just make sure you purchase grocery from the supermarket in the city before going up there. There is only one little shop that is very limited. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. .

I never want to leave

This property had everything. We had 4 adults & 4 children (ages 9 & 11). This place is way bigger inside than it looks from the outside. Getting to the lifts was easy enough, whether shuttle, driving or walking. We bought food before we got to Moose Manse & cooked all our meals. We were there for 5 nights. This was the best family/friends vacation ever & we can't wait to come back. Also, the mountain conditions were epic....the powder was never-ending. I can't give this place enough praise. Thank you a thousand times to the owners & cottonwood lodging! I'll never forget this incredible experience!

This is our 3rd year in a row staying at Moose Manse. We love the location and the cabin is so comfortable. It's close to be able to walk to Silver Lake but ruched away enough to be private. The stars are amazing at night!

Beautiful Mountain Retreat

This cabin was everything and more as expected. Our family enjoyed their stay and it was very convenient to the wedding celebration at The Silver Fork Lodge. They were able to hike and have a relaxing break during the time they were not at the celebrations. Thank you for a nice getaway!

What a gem!

This property far exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. We had eight adults (2 parents and 6 grown kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The game room was super fun, there was a full tank of propane for the grill, and the couch in the living room was great! The king-size beds were very comfortable and there was lots of extra bedding for chilly nights! The only thing that I’d mention if you’re thinking about booking, is that the sound carries pretty much everywhere in the house due to How it was constructed. If you have a group that will need people going to bed early and having it quiet, this might not be your place. But if everyone is on the same schedule, then it shouldn’t be any issue. Walking distance to the Brighton chair lifts. And the Nordic center across the parking lot for cross country skiing and snowshoeing is even closer. Really can’t recommend this place enough! Well worth the money. We’d go again!

Great home, close to the slopes

We enjoyed Moose Manse. Very clean and easy access to slopes. 2nd bathroom is as described with a tub, but would recommend a 2nd shower in the home. All beds were very comfortable and the home is well stocked with basic supplies.

Wonderful location, extremely comfortable

Thank you so much for hosting us. This was the family's first vacation in years, and the children (4, 6) had a wonderful time. They were actually both sad when the time came to leave. The place was clean and comfortable, and the host made sure we had everything we could possibly need.
