From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing is provided by local vendor and is intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. Please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 3 vehicles directly in front of the property.
The Manor is managed by locally owned and operated property manager Cottonwood Lodging Company where the guest experience is most important. Please reach out for information about the area and other services offered by Cottonwood Lodging.
Located a short few minutes walk from the Brighton Ski Resort lifts or the Solitude Nordic Center, this is the perfect landing spot for those wanting comfort, easy access to the resort, and convenience at an affordable rate. Offering two en-suite king bedrooms, two en-suite queen bedrooms, common1/2 bath with washer/dryer, huge living area, fireplace, open decks, BBQ, satellite TV, pool table, well-equipped kitchen with a huge island bar that doubles as a 12-person dining table, and two queen sofa sleepers in the great room. The full interior remodel that occurred in 2022 makes this a stunning and updated stay for families, groups, and anyone looking to be slopeside!
Brighton Resort is only a ONE-minute walk from this stunning unit, and a 6-minute walk to the Majestic Chairlift. Staying here eliminates the need for resort parking reservations! You could not ask for a better location for Brighton!
