Noise To keep things peaceful for our neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. That means no loud music or parties during these hours. We’re not the anti-fun police – we want you to have a great time – we just ask for a bit of consideration so everyone can enjoy their evening (and a good night’s sleep!). Please note: If there’s a call-out due to excessive noise, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.
Pets - This property is not pet-friendly. No Pets are allowed. Check-Out Time - Check-out is by 11 am. We kindly ask that you leave on time so we can get everything ready for the next guests. Late check-outs may incur a £50 per hour fee. Before You Leave - Before heading off, we’d appreciate it if you could: Do any washing up Bag up your rubbish and place it in the appropriate bins Return keys to the key safe Switch off all lights Make sure all windows are closed Turn down the heating (especially during the winter months) Not only does this help us prepare for the next guests, but it also helps us do our bit for the environment by saving energy and reducing waste.
