The property itself is really nice. Very comfortable and within a short walk to most places someone would want to go. The checkin was a little out of the way, and the areas around the front of the building at full of trash, homeless people, and a stench of urine. It is also a very loud area at night and the apartment itself doesnt do well with keeping the sound out. It could be a really nice place with a little TLC.
