This One Bedroom Apartment on the lower level for two is located in the popular 7 Dials area of Brighton. This property is the perfect location as its walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs plus so close and walking distance to Brighton Station making this the perfect getaway base to explore the city.

You are first greeted by the Hallway. Then through to the Open Plan Lounge/Kitchen, Bay Window to front which overlooks the private seating area to the front of the flat. This rooms arrangement of the modern furniture makes this a great room for comfort, with good size corner sofa, TV, small table and chairs for 2 guests to dine in. This room is open plan to the fitted kitchen with Breakfast bar, oven, fridge/freezer, Airfryer and Washing Machine and is equipped for all your self catering needs. You then enter the bedroom off the hallway with Small Double Bed, ample fitted wardrobes, bedside table, and door with cat flap leading to small outside space with upper level and side gate handy for storing a BIKE. Convenient but road a bit busy!

I hadn't realised what a lower ground level flat meant so was initially surprised, but we got used to it. It smelt a bit musty in the enclosed stairs area.We wanted something close to family so it was great in that way, plus close to shops etc, but I hadn't realised that a bus stop right outside would make it rather noisy but we were out a lot anyway. It was certainly close to public transport!There was some confusion initially as we needed 2 separate beds due to one of us having a sleep disorder. VRBO had ticked that there was a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge room but there wasn't, just a sofa. After texts with Kim, she provided a fold out stretcher bed which sufficed, and made the changes with VRBO. We hadn't wanted to pay too much per night so I now have a fairer idea of what to expect in that price range. I liked that 3 guide books were provided,; as we read and used them a lot Thanks Kim!

Great stay

Good place to stay in Brighton. Everything was well organized, clean, and easy to access. Small walk up the hill from the train station and a decent walk to the coast.
