KITCHEN / DINING / LOUNGE Enjoy wonderful open plan living/dining with a galley style kitchen. Quality appliances including Bosch oven, Beko dishwasher and Westinghouse refrigerator. Relax on the comfortable couches and watch a DVD on the television or gather around the dining table for a meal with family or friends. All crockery, cutlery and cooking items are provided for your convenience so just stock up at the local supermarket and cook up a feast.

HEATING & COOLING Enjoy the ambience and comfort of the slow combustion fire in the cooler months whilst the reverse cycle system can cool you down as the temperature heats up outside. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.
BATHROOM Shower and bath (with separate toilet). Quality toiletries are provided for your convenience.
OUTDOORS The verandah overlooks a securely fenced yard for you and your pet to enjoy. The gas BBQ is plumbed into the mains so you won't run out of gas whilst cooking. The established trees offer privacy and a sense of tranquility with garden aspects from nearly every window.
PET POLICY Well behaved pets are welcome upon request. The yard is fully enclosed for their security. To allow Bright Holidays to continue offering pet friendly accommodation, we ask that you ensure you pick up after your pets. Please note that at no time is your pet/s to be left unattended in the unit. Please arrange a 'sitter' for your pet if you plan on going out.

Overall it was excellent. The apartment was spacious and light with lovely views of the surrounding gardens.
The only two problems we encountered were that the agent’s s code to pick up the keys didn’t work, (fortunately the agency was still open), and the 2nd was that there was no room to do a 3 point turn with our SUV when a large SUV was parked outside the next flat; particularly so when we had our bike rack on the back.
Otherwise it was a very pleasant place to stay and we’d come again.

Fantastic dog friendly accommodation
Great dog friendly property, a little way out of town but worth it for the peace, quiet and bird life plus cherry walk practically outside your backyard. Beds comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to stay in and cook, loved the warmth of the wood fire on the cold winter nights.

Bliss amongst the trees.
The location was great very close to the river and not too far from town centre. Lots of lovely birds frequented the backyard. Great to find a rental that allowed our pup and had all the facilities our family required.

Charming property in beautiful and quiet spot
The property is modern, very clean and very comfortable. Beautiful outlook to a green and shady back yard. Just a one minute stroll to the river and about a 15 minute walk to town along the river. A very comfortable stay. And best of all, great set up for the dogs, with well secured fences around the grassy yard. It's our third stay in Tyntynder Lodge. With Dogs, unit four is the best, simply because it has the biggest yard.

Tyntynder cottage 4 has the best garden to share with your dog. So close to the river, lovely and quiet with fantastic trails right out the back gate. Toasty fire upon your return from walks.
