Booking experience was the best part.
Hi, I would just like to say that for the price, we expected a little more;
- the water was luke warm at best, and despite my husband's best efforts, we were unable to fix it. Boiling kettle after kettle of water to provide our kids a warm bath after a day on the slopes proved to be quite a lengthy, teadious process.
- there was one dishwasher tablet, and with 2 kids one load of dishes would not have sufficed for our weekend stay. This wouldn't have been an issue, had we have had sponges provided to wash our own dishes with.
- a tea bag or two provided wouldn't have gone astray either.
Overall, our stay in Bright last weekend (managed by Dickens Realestate) was far more accommodating and cheaper!
